He handled tree and brush removal from the yard, cleared out all the junk and debris from inside the entire house, painted the basement walls and floor, and basically got the whole place cleaned up, refreshed, and ready to sell. Since I live far away, I had to fully trust him to get everything done right without supervision. He delivered 100%. He was super communicative the whole time and sent progress pictures, FaceTimed me to show the work, providing receipts for materials and any extras, and only billing after I approved everything. We worked together over several months, and his honesty and reliability made the process stress-free.
