"From the first phone contact these folks were pros. They arrived on time. Were professional in their dress and demeanor. The carpet was cleaned thoroughly. Little foam blocks put under the furniture that couldn't be moved. The quote was fair and then they discounted the total because we mentioned Angie and we had removed the furniture ourselves. When they were all done they told us that sometimes the process causes dirt to move to the top and if we saw anything when it dried to give them a call and they would come back and hit it again. This after they already had paid special attention the the traffic areas. Then they backed their way out of the house raking their footprints away as they went."
