"Eli came out to our house to take a look at what we needed done and gave us an incredible estimate. We felt very comfortable with him and his description of services. He was very affable, upright and knowledgeable. We accepted his estimate and he scheduled us within a week for the work to be done. He came out on time with his awesome crew. They got to work right away and within four hours had removed a gigantic pine from our backyard, removed lower hanging branches dangling over our rooftop from another large pine and then trimmed branches hanging over our fence that were interfering with trucks coming in and out of our neighborhood. They cleaned up and our yard look like no one had been there except that a huge tree was gone and so were a bunch of branches! The communication throughout was absolutely stellar. Cannot say enough about how professional, thorough, and competent Eli and his crew were. We have them on speed dial for the next time we have a need. Highly highly recommend them. How every business today should be!"

"Durning the last big wind storm, we had 2 big 75-100 foot Sycamore trees break branches and limbs. They punched holes through the roof of our home. It left the entire yard covered in debre. We also wanted a 50’ Rams Horn Willow tree close to the house removed. Willamette Tree service was the bid I chose out of 4 bids. They came right out and gave me a quote. The next morning they arrived and got right to work. It took almost 3 full days to complete the job. They did an amazing job leaving the trees looking natural not hacked up. All the wood rounds were stacked where we asked them to put them. All the debre was chipped and left so we could use it. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner. The price was very competitive and fair. We highly recommend Willamette Tree Service. They did an excellent job. They communicated throughout the entire job making sure we got the job we expected. Could not have been happier with their services! They were amazing to work with."

"Excellent response for consultation! Very professional and courteous. Did a great job trimming the trees, but there was a total disconnect between my expectations on the tree removal and what I actually received! They merely cut the two trees off at the ground, which was something I could have done myself!! When questioned about the "removal" part, the response was, "this is how we always do it", which did nothing for me! During the consultation we had discussed that I wanted to replace the two trees that were to be removed with new trees and the consultant had been so kind as to refer me to a landscape company that could assist with making a better selection for the location. So, how do you replace a tree with the stump and the roots still in the ground?? Guess this was just an educational experience for me - to ask for better definition of what "removing" a tree means before actually having the work done!! And they advertise that they do tree "removal". Just wonder if that ever really means R E M O V A L!! I really liked these guys, so I am sad to have had such a poor experience!!"
