My call was immediately answered by Reynaldo, who made an appointment that very afternoon. He wasn’t the only one to price the work, but he was the most detailed, and made sure to take good notes to make sure we got exactly what we wanted that would blend well with our existing driveway and landscaping. He also provided a very fair estimate, but it was his great knowledge and can-do attitude that we liked. With several teams of outstanding and hard working associates available we were on the schedule for the middle of the next week. On the day the work was to begin they were onsite and ready to go. We were amazed at how well the job went and how they were able to keep the driveway perfectly clean as they went up and down with their equipment. "LV Building Solutions was wonderful to work with. I live out of state and purchased a home in Winston Salem. I needed a solution to keeping water out of the basement; Benito went out to my property, proposed a solution, took pictures and sent his proposal with costs. We discussed and he got to work right away with his crew. His communication was excellent as he let me when he was on property, took pics and video of work and kept me updated. He also looked at few other items I needed taken care of and also suggested gutter covers as my gutters were full of leaves and clogged. I appreciated him going the extra mile and letting me know those needed taken care. Being out of state and home on a wooded lot he provided a solution for something that wasnâ t even on my radar, but needed to be. I will definitely hire him again!
