"I participated in a deal (10% off thru Angie's List). Martin from Pet Pee Pee contacted me right away. He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress. Within a week or so I got my rug back with NO pet pee ODOR!!! I am completely amazed!! The cost is well worth it for an expensive rug that would be ruined if not for Pet Pee Pee."

"They arrived on time, where efficient in getting all rugs cleaned. There was a mix up on what was quoted at the time the appointment was made to what they told my daughter upon arrival. "Basically things went well. When we had questions or concerns, they were addressed promptly. All the painters were pleasant and professional. I reserved my review until a year passed because the quality of a paint job cannot be analyzed immediately. We did have to call Clarke back after a year for some touch-up work. They responded promptly and took care of the areas of concern. <br />"
