"These people cleaned up what Carpet Man cheated me on. Carpet Man had left the rug soaking wet. I thought it would dry but in 2 days it didn't. Carpet Pro came out on an emergency to kill the bacteria that had accumulated. They also cleaned and said that Carpet Man had not even cleaned. It was still dirty.
