"The estimation process was thorough and explained what would be done. Any question I answered or item I requested was carried out when the paint crew arrived. They were thorough, even moved dirty away from foundation to paint all the way down. No messes in the yard, everything was put back to what it was before the painting started and no messes left anywhere. They are not the cheapest but the project was absolutely seamless from estimate to completion and that is important to me as I don't have time to project manage house painting."

"He gave us a detailed estimate as well as let us know he works alone, so the job would take a little longer than if he had a crew come in to paint.  After the job was finished, we were glad he took the time others don't (and we have experience with those who don't).  He is a perfectionist.  He spent the first two days washing and rinsing walls and woodwork, removing nails/screws, patching, etc.  He is a master at painting and understands that preparation is the key to a beautiful paint job.  He always let us know when he would arrive and when he would be leaving, and what he planned to do the following day.  He kept to schedule and finished when he predicted he would.  He left us with extra paint all correctly labeled so we could use it for touch ups if needed. We could not be happier, and we will never use another painter as long as Gino is in business.  His old school approach to getting everything prepared the right way before starting to paint was something we are not used to in this slap dash work world, and if you hire him to paint your home, you are guaranteed an A+ job at a very reasonable price."

Had him do a small on the interior before and was pleased so hired for exterior, which is a two story and a fairly large job. It looks so good! He's very particular and wants you to be happy. Even texted a picture to me at work one day because he didn't think I'd be happy with the trim color I'd chosen and he was right. Very pleased. "The staff at Rogall Painting were very professional. Juan who performed all the prep work was very conscientious, and kept the construction site debris at a minimum. We were unable to be there everyday, and felt comfortable enough with Juan to leave him a key. After the installation of our doors, we noticed that several doors had overspray on them. We contacted the office, and the next day Steve Rogall himself came to our home. He inspected the doors and found two others that did not meet his high standards. He was very concerned with customer satisfaction and quality of his work. When the doors came back from his shop they looked great. The prices at Rogall Painting were higher than other bids we received, but you get what you pay for.  Our cabinets look great. "
