"Tim was wonderful. I put in this project on a Saturday night after finding mold behind a piece of furniture in my finished basement. The next morning Tim already reached out looking to set up an appointment Monday morning. Over the phone he explained the possible process of this project and put me in the books first thing Monday morning. He arrived right on time, looked at the area, and again explained everything. After about 15 minutes of doing his inspection, Tim gave me two estimates, which were both fairly priced. I selected the estimate that worked best for me, and Tim got working right away. Throughout the project, he continued to update me with what he was doing and what he had left. From when Tim arrived to when he left, it took him roughly 3.5 hours for the whole project.
