"Luis and his crew did a fabulous job. Removed and hauled away a 70 year old Ivy fence surrounding the front yard, along with old brick surrounding the interior of the yard. Removed old grass from a long strip between the sidewalk and street. Instead of fixing the brick planters under the two front windows, we ended up having to replace both. The house was built in 1955 and the bricks were just falling apart. The front strip between the sidewalk and street was replaced with 5 spaced out succulents and river rocks with gopher wire and barrier underneath with a drip system added. The old ivy fence was replaced with hedges. We had a very large tree removed from the front yard in 2019. The area had sunken in over time with old tree roots exposed leaving the yard very uneven. There was also a sunken area on one side of the yard. Both areas were filled in and leveled off. The grass area already had a sprinkler system from 2012 that Luis will be updating. A new drip system was put in for the hedges. The two planters were rebuilt with large bricks and river rocks were added around the existing roses and large pots. There was a dirt area over by the chimney that they also leveled, added barrier and river rocks. Looks great. Luis will be checking back to access the filled in grass areas to see how they’re settling and then will amend the grass and fertilize and plant a Crepe Myrtle tree centered in the yard. Once the hedges are established, Luis will untie the tape, remove the stakes, fluff out and trim. Everything already looks fabulous and the neighbors have been texting how great everything looks. A neighbor down the street asked for an estimate for their property. The crew was very hard working and would clean as they went. At the end of each workday they made sure everything was spotless. Probably more details than needed, but this was a lot of work and they did a fabulous job. Would hire them again and highly recommend Luis and his crew 😊"

"We've used them for about 6 months. They always check in every week confirming service - they are very responsive to any additional services requested. They mow the lawn, trim, trim hedges, etc. They have removed rocks, have trimmed trees, removed debris, done basic sprinkler repair - they are very flexible and willing. They stay on top of their workers - if there is a problem of any kind they deal with it. <br />"

"Travis and his team did a wonderful job at completing our front yard landscaping vision. They worked with us to come up with a plan that fit our esthetic and budget. They weren’t pushy or upsellers like some of the companies I had previously interviewed. They were knowledgeable about which types of plants to use where and why, they were punctual and completed the job in a very timely manner, they were professional and left the site clean and tidy each day, and they even did little things to go above and beyond (brought our trash cans out on trash day without being asked, refilled our dog’s water when it was low, etc.). We had a very positive experience with Travis and his team and we were very happy with our curb appeal after they completed the job. We would recommend them for a landscaping job."

"We contracted with A Passion for Gardening to take care of the lawn at a home we own out of state.  When I came to check up on the house, the lawn was nothing but dirt and knee-high dandelions, as well as other weeds.  The roses and other trees and plants were either dead or completely overgrown.  We trusted this company to keep up the lawn, but they obviously did nothing except collect payment. <br /> Also, they do not return my calls and they misinform me about the time and date of scheduled services, saying they will come in next week on Thursday, then suddenly appear on the next day. <br /> The condition of the "lawn" was shameful! <br /> <br /> Update as of July 27th, 2015 :  <br /> Since we've been communicating through email, they have been doing a much better job. I think before hand they thought that all we wanted was the lawn mowed. Now they understand that we want the shrubs and trees trimmed, weeds pulls and edging of the lawn. Basically more detailing care for the property rather then just mowing. I will update my review again in 30 days."

"Called and made an appointment and was given and day that their guys would come out and aerate the lawn. I didn't need to be home which was a huge benefit. They left the bill on the front door and was very satisfied. Our lawn consistently looks greener and healthier then other houses on our block, and we have found that we spend less money on watering. "My neighbors started using him as well after they saw him here.  I have been using him for years and he does a really good job.  He isn’t messy, he cleans up after himself, and he is genial.  What I really like is that I don’t have to keep track; he’ll call me to tell me when it is time for him to come out and we’ll schedule an appointment.  He is very professional, he knows exactly what he is doing, and he explained why the lawn needed this and how it would benefit the lawn.  It actually cuts down on water loss because it is absorbed instead of running off.  He is very casual but he knows what he is doing."
