The $99 deal was not a deal at all-- complete waste of time and money as they had this poor sweaty, tired guy run through our house. He told us we were his 6th job of the day and he really just did a quick once-over and had to run to the next job. "Billy was such a delight!  I had a glass backsplash installed in my kitchen several months ago and needed someone to come and seal it.  After some research, finally came across Billy.  He came right out and, for $100 more, agreed to clean all the tile before sealing it.  I was not in town while this service was performed, my assistant took over, but when I got home, I thought the tile had not been cleaned.  When Billy was notified, he was more than happy to come back out and get the job done to what I had envisioned.  Turns out, it was just a bit of miscommunication over what I originally wanted and what he understood.  Not a problem!  He was glad to ensure I was happy, and he walked me through the process of what he was doing.  I was so impressed with his professionalism, I'm having him come back to do my floors as well!  I would recommend his services to anyone.Cle
