Work with Tim as the lead and work through all aspects of the job and contract - Make sure you understand all of it and ask question, this is the time add things like painting the foundation or adding insulation behind the Siding which i did and the house now warmer. Keeping Siding removal and replacement is construction with many decisions you have to make as the job goes.
