"The owner Joel isn't a man of integrity. We paid in 2 installments. We overpaid the second installment by $500. He agreed that it was overpaid and said he would pay it back but then he ignored our calls and texts. When we finally text back a month later he said he would pay it back again but hasn't. This was his text back to me "You will get your money asap! Don't call or text me again!!" This guy has 0 integrity. Side note: He doesn't do any of the work and doesn't communicate with the team he has do it. They painted the stairs the wrong color and they didn't know they were supposed to do the upstairs cabinets."
