"Communication was extremely difficult. It was hard to connect with the provider and they seemed to have their own problems communicating with each other. These communication issues resulting in the contractor aerating my lawn twice in one week, tearing up my lawn. The first time the work was done, I was pleased. I had a few stressed areas in the lawn that held up nicely. A couple days later, someone else from the company showed up to do the aeration. Thankfully, they realized it was done and left. They sent me an email letting me know of the mixup. A few days after that I received an email that my aeration had been rescheduled. I immediately responding to the email telling them the work had been done, but received no response. Just a few days later, another tech showed up and aerated the lawn again. Perhaps just because they were aerating on top of a recently aerated lawn, or perhaps the person was just more aggressive with the machine, but the stressed areas of my lawn now look like dirt patches. I was debating using these guys again in the spring, but have not intention of that now."

"Their prices are high, and they don't have their team trained right for the sprinkler service. The last time, they cut our line for the cable. When we called we found out he was a lawn care person, and was being trained. We waited for several weeks for it to be fixed. when they came out, they had to dig out a trench in our yard to fix the cable line. Our yard was left this way for several weeks. After the cable was fixed, they came out and he accidentally cut our sprinkler system. It was a mess."

"They showed up on time on the day they said they would arrive and began digging out the patio area. Prior to this, we had given away the bricks that were the old patio, so there was just ground area. It took a couple of days to get  the area dug out to insert the necessary rock and sand for the base of our new patio. They also installed our Japanese maple and dug out the root system of the Holly bush that was replaced. Once the rock, sand and base were installed, they flattened it out to begin putting in the pavers. The pavers were put in, in a specific manner. There was a pattern to be followed as the pavers were different colors and different sizes. Once the pavers were put in place, (about 1 1/2 days) they put the finishing seal over them and that had to set for 24 hours before anyone could walk on it. They had to cut pavers to do the edging around 2 garden areas that we had designated and they came out beautifully! The edging matches the patio perfectly. They were going to put in sod, but the area is very shaded so they determined that grass seed would be better. It is coming up now and looks like it will fill in nicely. They put down the seed, then covered it with some soil and we had to water it daily for a couple weeks. They did a wonderful job and were very professional! <br />"
