Have contacted the COMPANY on many occasions to find a location or the whereabouts of that power cord. I cannot recline in my expensive sofa or charge my phone after USB without that power adapter they keep telling me they?ll call me back or find out where it?s at to no avail. I have to try to initiate contact and it will not let me speak directly to the driver again. My advice is when they set up ensure that everything is working fine otherwise you might not be able to get in contact with the driver to find out where the parts are at due to that reason overall I would give him a three out of five stars."
