"Paradise was great to work with. They did a great job. They removed and disposed of my old floors, leveled the base, installed the new floors and baseboards. Everything looks amazing. After they left I noticed one plank that was uneven. I called Luiz and they were back the very next day to fix it. There was no attitude or anything negative, they were very apologetic about the mistake. They are true professionals, and I will definitely call them again if I need work done on my floors again."
