I had called on the morning of April 29th about two large bushes and one tree stump removal and was set up for an estimate the following Monday. But nature intervened and I feared our small project would be pushed back far on their roster. He called and arrived on May 2nd to give an estimate since was already in the neighborhood and proposed two additional services which we had not even thought about and were happy to include. And for a very reasonable price. Despite the extent of their continued heavy schedule they were able to fit in this smaller project today, a wait of only two weeks and performed a very fast, tidy, and visually pleasing result. "The job was to remove a downed limb from my tree; it hadn’t caused any major damage, but it was encroaching on my neighbor’s yard. Tripoli was quick to respond to my request for an estimate; the quote was reasonable. Had to wait because they were dealing with much more pressing tree issues after the storm, but just a little over two weeks wasn’t a bad turnaround. All the debris was cleared and prompt communication thru the entire 2 weeks."
