"Hot water tank installation 8/03/2018-6yr. warranty. 9/27/20 pilot light went out service to relight pilot light, 2/25/22 same problem again service to relight pilot light- charge $133.00 , 6/19/22 relight pilot light charge $133.00, questioned what is wrong with pilot thermostat? Was told it would cost $279.00 to replace thermostat, or just replace hot water heater for a few thousand even though it is still under warranty. 8/22 Called different plumbing company , water heater has reputation for faulty thermostat gas control valve. Replaced valve. Fixed problem which under warranty. Green well was just never going to correct problem and keep charging and scamming senior citizen."

"In general the process went well and the convenience of on site repair would convince us to use them again. However a two week expected delivery turned into a four week timeline, and we were only made aware of the issue and delay by us making the call instead of them contacting us. Both the inspection visit and the installation visit were over an hour later the scheduled time but the technician did call a short time before his arrival. The repair job will require us to make some cosmetic repairs to the window and also fix a couple missing nails."
