"High marks for following through and meeting their commitment and doing great work. I had an Almstead arborist review the property and provide recommendations on some dead limbs and trees. We came to an agreement. When the crew came, the arborist wasn't there (later found out she'd left and moved north). As far as I could tell, the crew didn't have the instructions we'd agreed on and they did some, not all of the work. What followed was back and forth, but after a few months they sent out the crew to remedy the missing work. They did a great job and I was very glad.
