"Paul and his team (Joe and Bruno) painted the exterior of my home, fixed some plastering issues inside the house, rebuilt a significant portion of my porch and also painted inside the home. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I did a ton of research and Paul was fairly priced as not the most expensive but not cheapest. You certainly pay for what you get in this type of work. Paul was professional and earnestly followed up even through the process to win my business. He was on site for the entire job that lasted over a week. Without us asking, they even added crown molding to my porch and fixed issues without asking for extra (I tipped these guys after the work as it was the right thing to do for the quality of work and extra work they performed). The woodwork by Bruno was exceptional as he had to rebuild many areas of wood rot on the porch. Joe is great at plastering and fixed some issues in my home at a reasonable cost before repairing them. They were here early and stayed late, the house came out amazing, and cleaned the site each day. All of them are also great people that have worked together for many years. We miss having these guys around after the project ended. Thanks so much."

"My wife and I hired Essential Painting company to paint the exterior of our house and stain our deck. We chose them after reviewing quotes from 5 companies total. They were very competitively priced and we are extremely happy with the color and quality of our home. The K-rod painters were all extremely professional, arriving on time every day and leaving after a long day's work. They cleaned up after themselves each day, putting their materials away neatly and vacuuming away dust and debris. As each room was started, the team made sure to cover the floors, windows and door openings etc. in order to minimize dust and prevent spills etc. Each room was then properly sanded, caulked and prepared. The team then painted ceilings and trim by hand before moving to the wall colors. Several coats of excellent paint were applied, before final touch-ups were made.

The team also stained the ceiling of my portico, and the newly installed stair rails and stair trim. During the staining process, I expressed some concern about the color of the stain (which my GC had selected). I thought it was coming out too dark. The K-rod manager changed his clothes and took over the job personally. He sanded and refinished the rails and treads to my satisfaction without a word of complaint.

Now that the job is completed, I am extremely pleased with the results. Their work is excellent, and they are a professional and courteous team. I will use them again and I have no hesitations about recommending them to anyone...
