"During the 2025 season, I repeatedly contacted Green Envy (formerly Lawn Managers) because their lawn treatment program was ineffective and the overall professionalism was disappointing. After being told a ?follow-up? visit would happen, it never did?despite me calling again to ask why. In October 2025, I called to confirm how many applications remained and to cancel all services for 2026. I was told there was only one remaining service (winterization) and that ongoing services were cancelled. In February 2026, they treated my lawn without my consent or any communication, and then demanded payment for a service I did not authorize. The only resolution offered was a 50% discount on the unauthorized service, which doesn?t address the core issue. At this point, I have no confidence my account is actually cancelled. I would not recommend this company based on the lack of results, poor follow-through, and billing for work performed after cancellation."
