We do utilize subs for certain projects. We usually require 50% deposit for installation, balance due upon completion. Maintenance may be billed monthly or per visit. We find you the cheapest products that you want to use,then we give you a bottom line price which includes our price and the ampunt that the product will cost you, or we can break it down for you. We will also give you the price of each item if that is more comfortable for our clients. We want our clients to come back to us for all their needs,thats why we treat them like family. We also install products for the elderly like hand rails in the shower or for people who have speacial needs.
