I chose Josh because I was very impressed with his proposal and all of our interactions prior to hiring him. He and his crew were great. This was a big job that affected many neighbors. "My neighbor got his house painted by Jay’s. I could see the nice job that was done on their house so hired him to do mine. I did not even bother getting other bids. Jay and his crew were very efficient. From the power washing to masking, scraping, caulking and spraying, the job was done in less than 3 days. Jay was back and forth but monitored his guys closely and made them keep to his standards. Afterwards they cleaned up everything and put things back that had to be moved.
