He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress. Within a week or so I got my rug back with NO pet pee ODOR!!! I am completely amazed!! The cost is well worth it for an expensive rug that would be ruined if not for Pet Pee Pee."

"Caravan Carpet Cleaning provided excellent service for cleaning a 10' X 14' Karastan wool rug. Prior to choosing a company to clean the rug, I did research for the proper way to have a wool area rug cleaned. When I called Jason took time to explain every detail about how they clean area rugs, he gave me a cost for cleaning, and worked with my schedule to pick up the rug. When he arrived to pick up the rug, he helped me to choose a rug pad which would keep the rug in place. I had tried numerous types of rug pads and none had worked. He even gave me a small sample of the pad so I could think it over before making the purchase. Again he explained the cleaning and drying process. The rug was ready for return delivery in one week but I was traveling so they stored the rug for two weeks until my return. When the rug was delivered it looked better than the day I purchased it. The rug was also very soft feeling. I purchased the rug pad which Jason had suggested and have had no problems with rug movement. I could not be happier. The rug cleaning cost was $395, the one-time trip charge was $15, the new pad purchase was $280 and as a member of Angie's List I received a discount of $40 off the total which brought my total payment to $650.00 which was reasonable for what I received and the excellent service."
