"In October of 2024 Shane came out to give me a quote for yard clean up. After several calls by me, I finally got a start date. Shane called me and said they could start a day early and I was fine with that but they showed up at 5:30pm. I was told they would start at noon. The next day (actual start date) they showed up at 7:30pm and were there for a half hour and left because getting dark. I was told they would be there the next day at 9am. At 10:30am I called Shane asking where the crew was. He actually argued with me telling me they were there. So apparently I was blind. They showed up after 11am and they finished while I was out. Only half the job was done. I emailed all photos of areas not done with pic of contract for those areas quoted. In no way did Shane reach out to see if everything was done. I had to hire another company to finish what they did not do. When I got the bill, I reached out to Shane and said we need to revisit this bill because not everything done. He offered a $150 discount (via Sara's email) which was laughable and said "if ok we will send a new invoice". I sent an email back saying $150 is not acceptable and got no response. No response for 5 months! I got an email 5 months later saying my bill was delinquent but they cut the bill in half. I never received new invoice that showed bill was cut in half till 5 months after my last contact with them. They are not trustworthy and play games. If I could give a zero, I would."

"Jarrett, Was able to accommodate my request to come as soon as possible! He was able to come to my home and gave me a fair price for cutting my grass & cutting my hedges. His customer service was awesome! He was patient and addressed all my concerns! He will definitely be my landscaper moving forward! He was a pleasure to work with! "

"More Like Eastern 1/3 of your lawn Maintenance! I watched my service provider on Ring cameras perform service on 3,600 square feet and ignore the front and side lawns, 6,200 square feet. But my bill reflected 10,000 square feet of service. When I called to question this, they didn't seem to care and I canceled my account. Then I got a p*****-off call from the guy who serviced my lawn (which I did not request), trying to justify the lack of work done on my property. I am still waiting on a call from the 'office manager' about making this right, but I doubt that will come. Attached is an image from the untreated portion of the property, that was nice green grass a year ago (and 1,500 bucks ago) and now it's not doing so well, I wonder what it would have looked like had it been properly serviced!!!"

"If I could give them zero stars, I would. Bruce's crew is the most unprofessional group of people I've ever dealt with. They lie, do sloppy work, and then have the audacity to yell at me and call me names when I try to talk to them about it. They accused me and others of yelling at their crew members, but that's not true. I have everything recorded, and I'm going to share it with the HOA and other communities in the area so everyone knows what they're like. I suggest that if anyone looks for a company to do lawn care... look elsewhere."

"Hired on referral from our local nursery, they were supposed to plant our entire yard, take care of some existing trees, etc. Big job. Matt showed up originally, nice guy and knowledgeable, but then that was it. The people who showed up had no idea what they were doing, dug tiny holes and brought un-labled, sick plants. Most of what they planted died within the first week, half of it wasn't even the right plant or was in the wrong place. When we showed them right away we got "It may come back" or "we'll replant next year, the season is gone". Of course they did not. They never finished, Matt left and nobody else there knew what was going on. Two years later of not responding to us they now pop up asking for full payment to consider it "done" or MORE money to finish, despite an abandoned job and majority failure, but we've replaced most the plants ourselves now. Stay away, horrible company."
