"Mr. Grace is very professional and quickly gave me two survey options to choose from. His price is very very reasonable. Half of the surveyors that contacted me did so with a very high price and wouldn't do what I wanted unless I had first paid for a full boundary survey. The other half didn't bother giving me a quote and just replied with an email saying they are very busy and can't help me (AKA your job isn't big enough for us to bother with). Note, I had marked in the request that I was planning and budgeting, time wasn't an issue. Mr Grace gave a quote for what I wanted done and he keep me up to date on when he would arrive to do the work. After the work was done he walked me thru the job and explained everything to me. I would not think twice about recommending Mr. Grace to my family and friends."
