"Josh had come the week before to give a bid, and he was on time for our appointment and professional. He is a certified arborist, which gave me confidence that what he was recommending took the trees' health into mind and that the cuts they eventually made would not introduce disease into the trees. He also gave me copies of the company's insurance and bonding. That is important to me with so many companies not carrying proper coverage, or lying about it having it. The next week Josh and two other employees came back to do the work. They understood which limbs we wanted removed, did the work safely, and cleaned up thoroughly. The company's minimum amount to do work is $450, and they discounted the rate with the Angie's List coupon without complaint."

The representative that did the treatment gave me an undated receipt and said the contract would be mailed to me. It arrived a few days later, but I was not exactly satisfied the wording or the length of the contract period. I wrote them a letter explaining my concerns. Within a couple of days from sending the letter, their represented hand delivered a letter of apology and a revised contract with an addendum that showed the work performed. I was impressed with their responsiveness and willingness to satisfy my concerns. I will definitely recommend them to others.

"Overall we were very impressed with AL Lawn Masters and their team that handled our problem. They were up-front with very reasonable pricing. Many of the people we called wanted to charge us a service fee just to show up and then charge high amounts per hour to do the same work. AL Lawn Masters had a reasonable flat per hour fee and only added on the charges for parts used during their visit. We had the technicians (who remembered our names between days when they worked - this impressed us) look at all the current sprinkler heads and flag the ones that needed to be changed. They then proceeded to explain the situation with the sprinkler valves and why they needed to be changed. After that they did their work very quickly and with good explanation. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and can attest that we are very happy that we choose to go with them for these services. More companies should be prompt, have fair pricing and send nice and knowledgeable people to a job like AL Lawn Masters did with our situation.
