We usually do all of our hedge abs shrub trimming ourselves, but with a few other projects going on we hadn’t gotten them all season long and they were seriously overgrown. Since we COULD do it ourselves, we had a limit on what we were willing to pay, so we were getting several quotes … most of which were higher than we had hoped. Roberto worked with us on the pricing, which was good news because now it was off of our plate! His crew was there the early next day … fast, friendly, courteous, conscientious and neat! We are now looking to have Roberto and his crew back to take a few more projects off of our plate too! He took hours to walk our yard and woods to find and treat all poison ivy on the ground and in the trees (we have a big property and had a lot). Lee found it all and then on his return trip to ensure all is eliminated he treated anything new or if he had missed any. We're happy to say its all gone now and we couldn't be happier. "Unfortunately, I did not get the job done at all. Actually, not only did he abandon the work but did not even finish what he had started, and that cost me an extra $2,900. Like one of the reviewer's comments, I was fooled into engaging him because he appeared honest and sincere for a man of his age and stated 56 years of experience. That's a complete opposite is what this man is. I would not touch him with a pole the length of a mile. I would rate him a star only because I have to rate him."
