"2/14/26 Nic Trees Fidel's service definitely deserves 5 stars! He climbed up the tree to cut down and remove a huge tree branch that was blown and fallen onto our roof. He worked very skillfully and carefully to section the branch and lowered the trunk pieces onto the ground away from our house. He is very responsive to our call for service, came to price out the job the next day, and had the job done two days later. I highly recommend his service!!!!!"

They come across as good people. I don t think their intent was to cheat. It is a lesson learned how to set the scope expectations and have nothing lost in translation- and never have a generic description in the quote for the scope of work that can be legally interpreted in many different ways. And for their personal integrity, that is to be validated yet. I accidentally wrote a check of higher amount. They returned my call and said would return the extra money - has been over a week, let s see"
