"Hired Luis for a complete foundation replacement for a home on a hill in Angelino Heights. Luis was very easy to work with from coordinating plans/permits, keeping to schedule, and scope changes along the way (LA City was a PITA). Luis was easy to talk to and his pricing was the best out of 5+ bids we got. Work involved replacing the entire footing/foundation, leveling interior floors, adding a few posts and support beams under the raised foundation, and replacing front patio cement area. Luis was always looking out for our bottom line and very efficient. Normally the type of foundation replacement we did requires multiple inspector visits but Luis knew the process well and only required one inspection after work was done, saving us a lot of money. Change orders were always handled professionally and very fair to both sides. Everything turned out great (I'm writing this review a year later). I highly recommend Angel Construction and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again."

"My wife and I worked with Joe to renovate our home in the South Bay. We basically tore everything down to the studs and did some reconfiguring of the interior, as well as redoing all plumbing and electrical. With Joe and his team, we transformed a home that hasn’t been renovated since the 60’s to the home of our dreams. We were referred to Joe by a trusted friend, and after a phone call with an overview of what our plans were, we met Joe in person at our home for an initial walkthrough. Both my wife and I were impressed with how thorough he was with details regarding the renovation; it was immediately obvious he was a master of his craft, with a vast amount of experience and knowledge in construction. More importantly, he’s down to earth and honest; his transparency was very much appreciated. Joe and his crew take pride in their work.
