He did multiple projects on our home which included the following - wainscoting 20+ ft high walls and painting which he did excellently with an incredible attention to detail. This has made our home markedly more beautiful - wall tear down and door removal for expansion of our kitchen pantry, also added shelving and and extended electrical wiring. Again 10/10 work, attention to detail is unmatched, quality of supplies and build is clearly evident. Had been a big upgrade to our kitchen - applied epoxy to garage floor and sealant to basement. Was very thorough and thoughtful with the process. Our garage again looks stunning and the installation is perfect. - he has also installed lighting fixtures and helped with some appliance set up. He did most of the work while we were out of state and allowed us to move into our new home with all the projects completed. This required a lot of communication over the phone and on FaceTime. Overall pricing is fair. Dino is honest and forthcoming with the work and how long it will take. Very punctual and competes project exactly when he says he will. Responds to texts and phone calls immediately and sends pictures and updates. We entrusted a lot of our home to Dino and couldnâ t be happier in doing so. Would recommend to anyone looking for a contractor."

"Clay & Kristen are wonderful people to work with. They explained & discussed everything ahead of time before they started. Any concerns they addressed ahead of time. They truly live by their name they picked for there company. I have had alot of different drywall people over the years & none of them took the time to clean up & tape doorways off & blow the dust out the windows to keep the sanding drywall dust out of the rest of my home. And when they finished sanding they saw I had the primer there & surprised me & rolled it on. That was great. That just left me the paint to put on. Even though they went above & beyond by rolling on the primer they still stayed with the price they quoted me at the end. They would not take any money until the end. They want to make sure the customer is happy with the job. Very friendly people and I would definitely use them again. If you want drywall hung this is the company to go with. And one more thing. They are such hard workers they started my project Sept 1st labor day morning & was there at 8 am. So they didnt even take the holiday off. Thank you both so much. Stay safe."

"My 33-year-old fiberglass front door and sidelight had been previously gel stained and topcoated with a UV inhibiting polyurethane several times. Because the bottom half of the door was exposed to extreme sun, that half would always peel making it diffiult to match the top half, so I decided to paint the entire door. MK1 Painting and Finishing to the rescue! Mike was able to find an exterior paint that complemented the cedar trim on our house, and now the door and sidelight look brand new. Jacob (the painter) was extremely meticulous and even returned to fix some minor imperfections. Well done! I highly recomment MK1."

Very careful, cleaned up everything & even Matched the existing paint perfectly, I highly recommend MK1 for all repairs or new builds that anyone needs done. "Sean the son is like a snake oil salesman, made a-lot of promises, and did not deliver. They stated they had the best talent, and the workers they sent in were entry level at best, and could not speak English. They botched a shower tile job, and had to re-do it, but I had to wait 6 weeks for them to find a new tile guy. They did such a terrible job painting a staircase that it needs to be re-done. They hung doors the wrong way, and never finished the job. On top of all of this they agreed to be paid by cash, which we did, but they had a credit card on file, and charged our account without authorization, took the monies and didn't complete the job. They agreed to pay me back $ 3900.00 and never did, and never finished the job. A kind of Fraud. The job is not done and they stopped returning my calls, and they owe me. They said the only way they would pay me was if I signed a document that I couldn't say any disparaging words. Needless to say, I got ripped off. "
