"This company is fabulous. Renald and his workers gave a great estimate, and did the job flawlessly designing and executing the building of my exquisite patio. He met us at the supply house to help us pick out materials, he took a personal interest. Beside our beautiful patio, I had him redo our fireplace which looks like a work of art! And since the chimney needed some attention, they fixed some problems with the chimney. All work was beautifully done. "We hired CTC Creations to renovate our kitchen after reading multiple positive reviews, and we had high hopes for the work Dustin and his team were going to do based on our initial discussions. While Dustin communicated promptly and seemed responsive to our needs initially, unfortunately right after the contract was signed and deposits paid, his initial work and behavior related to our project became very problematic… We encountered multiple issues: Not only did he take advantage of us financially related to an initial electrical project that his sub-contractor did for us (charging us over $400 an hour a simple outlet swap out), but he demonstrated a lack of knowledge on basic construction elements such as how to install a replacement window and LVP flooring, and most disconcerting, he is now refusing to return ANY of $4,000 deposit we have given him, telling us that we will need to hire him in order to get our deposit back. When we tried to resolve the issues, he refused to be reasonable and instead assessed multiple cancellation fees as well as a restocking fee for supplies he had not purchased. We are very unhappy with how we have been treated, and are disappointed with how he and his partner have refused to acknowledge any of these issues and are now inappropriately refusing to return the unused deposit funds."
