"I participated in a deal (10% off thru Angie's List). Martin from Pet Pee Pee contacted me right away. He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress. Within a week or so I got my rug back with NO pet pee ODOR!!! I am completely amazed!! The cost is well worth it for an expensive rug that would be ruined if not for Pet Pee Pee."

"This company is clearly great at what they do, because they did end up delivering the rugs after the due date. They are simply slammed with cleaning requests right now. <br /> I was very impressed with how great my rugs looked when they brought them back. No artificial brighteners or chemicals were used; the rugs just got an excellent, deep cleaning and drying just like they describe on their website. (It's important for handmade rugs to be cleaned the right way, and these folks clearly know the right way.) <br /> In fact, I was so happy that I gave them two more rugs to take with them, one an antique with a lot of sentimental value. They're so busy that I'm not sure when the rugs will be back, but they will look great when they get here. <br /> PS: I am used to the prices of Long Island Carpet Cleaners, and I was very pleasantly surprised by how reasonable their charges were. Whew! <br />"
