"The carpets look great. I am really pleased. The house was left with a nice fresh smell. I rated a B on responsiveness and punctuality because the cleaning was scheduled a month in advance and the day before the cleaning they rescheduled the cleaning to another day. Then the serviceman came 1 to 2 hours earlier than scheduled. Since we were not living in the house, we had to scramble to get out to the house to meet the serviceman and give him access. Overall I am very pleased with the result and will hire them again the next time I need carpets or tile cleaned. The price was a bargain for the amount of carpet cleaned and the result."

He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress. Within a week or so I got my rug back with NO pet pee ODOR!!! I am completely amazed!! The cost is well worth it for an expensive rug that would be ruined if not for Pet Pee Pee."

"All the people I spoke with were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The only complaints I have is when the worker vacuumed the carpet before the actual extraction cleaning process he vacuumed so fast (in my opinion) that it was virtually impossible to get any of the imbedded dirt out which is why we wanted the carpet professionally done in the first place. The other thing was after the cleaning the orbital device was only used on 2 small "traffic areas" and I thought it was to be used on all the area that was cleaned, maybe I misunderstood the process. The carpeting is in very good shape as there are no major dirt or tracking spots, this was more of a maintenance cleaning and that seemed to go well. My main concern was just the pre vacuuming procedure. <br /> I probably would use them again but I would definitely make sure the vacuuming was done better. <br />"
