The previous owner had a cat and he was able to eliminate the odor that loomed in the basement. The stretching has done wonders for the appearance of the carpet and there are no more tripping hazards from wrinkled carpet. We had additional project going on in the home while he was there and he made it work even with some chords from their equipment running through the basement. "Excellent cleaning by Anthony Garcia. Mr Garcia took time and care in thoroughly cleaning the chair. Loveseat, and carpet. Some areas of the carpet were especially worn and soiled, such as a path from family room to kitchen. After cleaning, this area looked just like the rest of the clean carpet-- no soiled or dark area. I think the key to Mr Garci's work is " care." He took a great deal of care cleaning the chairs and the carpet. I also appreciated Mr. Garcia's willingness to discuss and explain various parts of the cleaning process. "I discovered petpee.com when I was searching online for ways to remove the urine odor from our 10’ x 14’ Karastan wool oriental rug. I had planned to clean the rug myself, but I was intrigued by the videos I saw on YouTube of petpee.com’s owner, Meir Martin, demonstrating how he cleans rugs like mine. I searched for petpee.com reviews and was blown away by the number of glowing reviews that had been written by satisfied customers. The sales team were very professional - knowledgable with no high pressure tactics.  I had an urgent project with only 1 day window before the contractors finished my basement and my family arrived from Europe. The scheduler worked to meet my limited window and they pulled out all the stops to get a carpet fitter to meet my schedule. On the installation day the fitter worked from first thing in the morning and stayed until the job was done - 12.45 am!!! They knew I could not take the next day off work so stayed to finish the job. It really was service above and beyond. I know many companies would just have left at the end of the day before the work was finished. "As usual, Pete and "Repete" were punctual and efficient. They have cleaned all of our carpets collectively in the last 4 years, and we have never been disappointed. They even got out a stain that I figured would never come out. This visit, they cleaned our living room, stairs and family room in under an hour. They have also been very economical. As long as we have carpets we will use their service!"

"First day of floor installation was excellent.  Foreman and two assistants worked well together as a fine  efficient team.  Second day not so good: stained wood that was supposed to go under furniture (and pointed out by me) was installed where it can easily be seen.  One assistant workman installed a rough uneven edge next to a closet sliding door.  I deemed this unacceptable.  Foreman pulled up the work and redid it the following day.  Designer did not order enough threshold stock, as it turned out, and did not specify installing a finished edge at entrance to the apartment.  When I said the rough edge was unacceptable, foreman re-shaped and installed a substitute threshold, hinting that he would like more payment for this.  Threshold between hall and den clumsily fitted around the door jamb molding.  Corrected by a 1-inch piece of quarter round which doesn't really fit and looks clumsy.  Foreman was excellent and responsible but in my opinion these faults are due to his not adequately supervising his assistant workman the second day. (He told me that it was his birthday and he seemed to me to be anxious to leave.)  The assistant left without completing the join in the doorway between the installed hardwood and the carpeted bedroom. (Foreman said later that he forgot.) I called the office to state that it had to be properly finished, and someone came the next day to do it properly.  The assistant works well and hard but seems to need specific direction when judgment is required and to have his work reviewed before leaving for the day.. <br />"
