Our deck had some significant deterioration and Declan gave me a very clear assessment, was transparent and responsive throughout, and got the work done quickly and within the budget we agreed to. He even identified an issue with the siding of my house next to the deck that I wasn’t aware of and help quickly remedy the issue. Most importantly, his team did great work and the repaired deck looks great! We’ll be calling Declan back for any of our future projects!"

"Maple Crest has done another amazing job. After selecting them for the construction of our new garage/studio we asked them to do an even bigger job. We wanted to restore our 1713 historic home to it's original glory by removing the stucco from the classic field stone walls, put on a new roof, new siding, new windows, and add air conditioning. They also built a new outside door and stone pathway to the side of the house. A huge job with real challenges. We wanted to add "Da Vinci" high tech roofing materials which replace old cedar shakes on a 16th century roof structure. This was done perfectly. Then we added James Hardie composite siding and real working, shutters. He and his crew found a way to add air conditioning we never thought we could do with a house so old. It works very well. And remodel our only bathroom with marble floor. This was all done on time and on budget even over the winter in the cold. The transformation is remarkable, people stop in to ask about the changes to the house. We can't say enough good things"

"There was nothing precise "Precision" Construction see my images. There are mistakes on almost all aspects of the project. They failed inspections 2-3 times from the borough and built it a whole foot shorter then our agreed to design and drawing. Lowlights include: - Crooked things everywhere - Gaps in the boards - They made the posts to short top to put on caps with handrails. Instead of fixing, they left unprotected splintering 2x4s on the stairs - The fascia board is is coming off. You can see daylight through it - Left more then a hundred of nail and screws around my brick patio and parts of yard. Still finding them. I have a pool, and lots of bare foot kids in this area. - No miters or outside corners - didn't buy end trex boards for stairs or other locations (showing ugly grooves and ends) See my images, this deck is small and I don't have enough characters to type mistakes and can only have 10 images. Awful. Avoid at all costs."

"We got all new siding on our house, as well as our deck redone, about 2 months ago. We are 100% satisfied with all the work Inspired Exteriors did, and have been thoroughly enjoying it ever since! Kevin and Elder were wonderful project managers and kept everything on track, even through extended rain. Anytime I reached out to Kevin he got back to me very quickly, which is a major plus when getting work done on your home. They have very large crews doing the work, and they were always courteous and always working their butts off. Not only that but the pricing was also very reasonable. We would absolutely use them again, and probably will in the near future."
