After phone calls and messages a note was left on my door explaining how I can fix the problem that was THEIR mistake. Seriously?! There is no such thing as customer satisfaction here! In past always did it on my own. Looked for help, but got screwed! Read the reviews on Google, Better business bureau, and elsewhere. I did not do this but wish I had. My advice is hire a local, non franchise lawn company. Steer clear of True Green!"
