"He was in the area the Friday before our appointment. We are absentee owners so we talked several times by phone and I allowed access inside and he checked all plumbing inside. We had been alerted to above normal water usage and were concerned of having an active leak. We did have a running toilet, no overflow,h Just need float adjustment. He was very thorough and diligent. We were prepared to travel 60 miles to be onsite but didn’t have to. Would highly recommend him. He did repair a small leak at the meter site as well."
