They told us 2 weeks to finish our entire building (5 townhomes, exterior painting including a complex of outdoor decks) and it took exactly 7 days. They were ridiculously thorough, even painting the undersides of deck benches that are visible from below. Above and beyone. Basic & decorative interior painting. I usually work alone but will sometimes bring an assistant if it will expedite the project. I always present a proposal before beginning a job. I will sometimes work hourly if the project is uncertain or if the client prefers to be billed that way.
