"I have been impressed in many ways. Their technicians were always courteous, attentive, addressed my comments and were impressive in all ways. I like the basic attitude of the company. They are concerned with doing a great job. They don't fertilize in a drought or apply weed kill in a windstorm. They pay attention to my needs and pleasantly work to my schedule. Any contact with the office has been polite and helpful, I am a picky old man who expects value for the dollars I spend. They have always exceeded my expectations."

"I have had Naturescape in the past with great results. This year has been a nightmare.They show up when they say they will and when they finally do my yard was burned. That was done by the Mgr. After phone calls and messages a note was left on my door explaining how I can fix the problem that was THEIR mistake. Seriously?! There is no such thing as customer satisfaction here! We shall see if I receive a refund."

"Terrible. Paid in advance. They cashed the check, haven't shown up yet and I have weeds everywhere. Hired them after having surgery that prevents me from lifting and fertilizing. In past always did it on my own. Looked for help, but got screwed! Read the reviews on Google, Better business bureau, and elsewhere. I did not do this but wish I had. My advice is hire a local, non franchise lawn company. Steer clear of True Green!"
