"I was given a quote for $150-250 and $25 to haul the bags away from Kidwell AllSeason Services after I sent them a video of my back yard. After agreeing on a date, they reached out to me to change the date. When they did arrive one of the guys was late. They showed up with an electric leaf blower, a rake and an electric mower. Their plan was to blow the leaves and mow them up into the bagger and dump into bags. They constantly stopped to in jam the mower. After 4 hours it was apparent they would not be able to finish in the time they quoted. They told me it would take another 4 hours which would cost me another $200. I told them to finish the original 5 hours and then just haul the bags away. They haul a few bags and left about 15 bags. Said they would come back to get the rest. It has been 3 days and they have not returned and have not answered my messages. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. Find someone else."
