"Avoid this company like the plague! I ordered samples from many companies and settled on Smart Turf's Play Zone Plus. We laid the turf and were very happy so a few months later we decided to expand the covered area. We bought more and had it installed but, it was a different color! I called and asked if they gave us the right product. They said they did and that it was just a different batch. We would never have chosen this product, because we hate the way it looks! It looks especially bad next to a different color turf. So if you ever need to replace any section of your turf or want to lay more turf, you are screwed! They change the colors so you can never match the existing turf. Why would you change the color every batch? If they don't do this, then they lied to me about the turf they gave us (and lied on the receipt); either way, I have never been angrier about a purchase. I spent thousands and hate it, and I have to look at it every day. NEVER use this company."

"I have been looking to transition some of my properties to artificial turf. I had not done much research on any company but coincidentally a resident near by was getting turf installed by O&G. I reached out and spoke to Miguel for more information. We spoke over the phone and offered to see the property and give me a free estimate. He was straight forward, easy to talk to and provided a portfolio or his previous work. His crew was very clean in performing the work, the price was good, and their responsiveness to any of my concerns was timely. I will definitely work with them again in future projects."

"Very unprofessional company. They charge me $40,000 for my payers which were very happy with. However, the on-site manager when job was done asked me if I wanted my pavers sealed to protect them. I asked him that's not included in the $40,000. He said no and he told me if I had told you that up front you wouldn't have bought the pavers. He wanted 5200 to seal the papers. I had a professional tile company which happens to be a very good friend of mine come out and seal them for $2,000. They look amazing. However, system papers now has voided my warranty because I had another professional company do what they should have done to begin with. Very bad experience overall with management I don't recommend I have found a company that does pavers same quality. Half the price. I had all my additional work done by this other guy. It matches. It looks exactly the same quality is 100% All I can say is buyer beware. Do not use system papers. They will rip you off also. I made a very clear to the on-site manager. I was unhappy. He said he would discuss with his bosses and get back to me. Nobody has ever called me back to try to make it right"
