"Within a day of the time I called and left a message for Jeff, the company president, he returned my call. We set up an appointment for about 10 days later for him to visit our property to see what we'd like to have done. After he had a look at the job, he mailed the estimate to me and we then set up a time for the first phase of the work (fertilizing the fruit trees) to be done. The worker arrived right on schedule, was a delight to deal with and finished the work as agreed. The second phase (everything else that needed to be done) had also been scheduled, and 3 workers arrived, again, right on time. They were professional, courteous and very hard-working! I chatted with them a bit, but they were right on the job all the time. They were a pleasure to have around and did a superb job. The bill was right on estimate and our property is looking considerably better."
