We set up an appointment for about 10 days later for him to visit our property to see what we'd like to have done. After he had a look at the job, he mailed the estimate to me and we then set up a time for the first phase of the work (fertilizing the fruit trees) to be done. The worker arrived right on schedule, was a delight to deal with and finished the work as agreed. The second phase (everything else that needed to be done) had also been scheduled, and 3 workers arrived, again, right on time. They were professional, courteous and very hard-working!
