The nice woman on the phone managed to get be a same day appointment. The cleaners consisted of a Father/Daughter duo. They arrived on time, surveyed what I needed and got to work. The furniture in the home had not been done for a long time and after they finished all the colors in the furniture looked bright and vibrant. I was amazed. Rug also had a new a brighter look. The crew were on time, polite and understood the customers needs. i only keep business cards of people I would call again for service. He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress. Within a week or so I got my rug back with NO pet pee ODOR!!! I am completely amazed!! The cost is well worth it for an expensive rug that would be ruined if not for Pet Pee Pee."

"The first job we had them do is remove old tile above bathtub and retile and also do tile on bathroom floor. They took awhile longer than told but did a great job! The person installing was very kind and professional. While they were working on the bathroom we had them bid the living room, hall, entrance hall, utility room and kitchen. We scheduled this and they did the entire job in 6 days as stated. They did do what the other reviewer stated about starting in several rooms and not finishing before going to another room but the entire job took 6 days so it wasn't a problem. We figured there was a reason for what they were doing and I surely wasn't going to ask, they were the professionals, that's why we hired them to do it! We were happy to have them doing the work and they did a great job! <br />"
