A few examples of issues that were found: Tile shower shelves not properly framed in and waterproofed, lighting hung with screws directly in drywall (instead of electrical box) over area where my child plays, counter-top supports and sink framing installed such that they provided no actual support, cabinet door hinges installed with missing screws. These are just a few of the multitude of issues that were found after work was "completed" and will need to be repaired at great cost to us.
