"I scheduled a fertilization and tree pruning in August 2021 to take place in September. SavaTree did the fertilization on time, but did not come back to do the pruning. Made multiple calls where I was told they would look into it and then I would not hear back. When I called for the third time in late October, I was told the pruning was scheduled for January 2022, but they may be able prune in late November. I cancelled at this point and asked for my deposit back. It is not good customer service to promise a date, not call back if the promised date can not be met, and also not get back to me when I call multiple times."

"The pro has been servicing our Mclean property quite well for a couple of years. Our lawn looks good and we are satisfied with the service. The customer service is sometimes underwhelming but it gets the job done at a reasonable cost which is really becoming harder by the day to get."

I contacted Pacific Lawn several times to correct the invoice and they insisted that I received 3 METAL heads whereas the invoice billed me for 3 PLASTIC. heads. I informed them in November and Charlie A, said it will be addressed. He sent David S to look at the property in late November and he said the following in an email "There are a few areas that will need some attention in the spring. The hill on the left side, the back left corner, and the right side of the driveway are the areas in particular. Ive put in a service call to visit the property around April 1st." 2021. I reminded them a few times after April 1st 2021 and on 5/5/21 David S said "Yes, it will be addressed. Thank you for your patience," However, the issue has not been addressed. When I complained to BBB, Perennial Services responded BBB saying that they have not heard from me about this issue. I can provide documented proof of the communication with Taylor W, Linn K - all cc'd on communication. Bottom line don't deal with them. If they can blatantly dispute a documented conversation, will you really trust them?"

"I have been a customer of Go Organic for approximately 22 years. I had switched to Go Organic after the prior lawn treatment service was using chemicals that negatively impacted my dog (actually gave him seizures). Once I switched, all problems with my pets went away. In addition, my lawn has never looked better! Over the years I have always been impressed with how thorough and knowledgeable they are. I had the good fortune of bumping into one of the technicians, Maynor, last week. While he treated my lawn, I stopped him to show him a couple of problem areas (very minor!). "Crooks…..save your money….had ants coming in my front door in my brand new house. They “dusted” and “baited” outside so they said and when the problem got worse and I called and they blamed me for issue not working because I killed the ants. I was supposed to leave them where my two babies walk and crawl. Bought my own professional pesticide and haven’t had an ant since. Also had another pest company come and inspect their termite traps they put in and guess what traps were no good. I removed and left at curb and asked them to pick up….they also removed my old traps and put in their truck which is breaking epa regulations which is on camera and left with them……save ur money by stuff off Amazon do it yourself with none diluted fake chemicals"

"High marks for following through and meeting their commitment and doing great work. I had an Almstead arborist review the property and provide recommendations on some dead limbs and trees. We came to an agreement. When the crew came, the arborist wasn't there (later found out she'd left and moved north). As far as I could tell, the crew didn't have the instructions we'd agreed on and they did some, not all of the work. What followed was back and forth, but after a few months they sent out the crew to remedy the missing work. They did a great job and I was very glad. I appreciate the office staying on it and making it right. I've used them for 24 years and happily look forward to continuing to use them. It's a lot to trust your trees to someone!"
