He came to the rescue & did whatever it took to get the job done on time and on budget. He is highly skilled and capable. Several times during the job he suggested things that would enhance the finished product. In doing so he created more work for himself. These upgrades probably added a full day of additional work. He didn't change the cost for the job, he just wants his customers to be happy. His attention to detail and cleanliness blew our minds. He spent a full day getting the room taped off to prevent dust from spreading throughout the house. A full day!?!? And it paid off when the work was done...we're not even hiring a cleaner. M and J Home Improvement, has fantastic ratings , a very good name and excellent standards. Don't allow a substandard roof replacement to damage your home. And whether you need repair or a new roof please don't hesitate to call M and J Home Improvement - Do it Once Do it Right!
"Ignored directions. I have outside dogs that are not friendly. I told them to text me before arriving so I can put them inside and he didn't. Ignored driving directions. I have a split driveway and told him to stay to the right. Instead, they drove up on a dirt road I didn't want them to use. Rescheduled my job and didn't tell me until 5pm that night. I spent all day waiting, putting off my errands. I texted and was told the crew was coming that day. He wasted my entire day. Crew left before I could inspect the job and they did it wrong. Didn't install correctly. Didn't put the boot back on the end of the downspout, didn't put back leaf filters, and failed to properly secure downspout to the house. "
