"Great to work with, polite, and did an excellent job patching walls and painting ceiling, trim, and walls. We highly recommend."

"I hired Ambrocio's to paint our barn following a roofing and repair job. They completed in job in 4 days, pressure washing the entire structure, staining the siding and painting all the trim. They did a thorough job, were fairly neat on the job site, and the barn looked brand new after the job. A couple of problem areas were also brought to my attention so I could address them as needed in the future. I would happily hire them again."

"They did an amazing job painting the exterior of my house. I highly recommend them. Thank you for your hard work and the house looks amazing, I can not tell you how happy we are."

"Joe's team did an excellent job repairing wood siding in areas that had deteriorated over the past 35 years and painted the entire exterior. They were friendly, prompt, hard working and tolerant of my somewhat odd work schedule during the time they were on site. We would hire them again and recommend them to anyone looking to have their house painted or siding replaced."

"We love how our house looks after Pioneer Painters painted the exterior of our house and our shutters. We are very happy with their work."

"Fantastic Job. Recently bought this home but we were not happy with the dull, dark interior colors. Tried other contractors but we got the best price quote and color advice from Brian. The work that he and his team have done has completely transformed the house. Absolutely love it. Team was on time every day, very professional and friendly, cleaned up completely when they were done for the day. One room was very difficult and Brian took care of it himself. We are now look at painting the deck and other rooms upstairs and we will hire them again. Highly recommended!"

"You can stop vetting providers and reviews now; go ahead and hire Nieves and Rodriguez Properties! I was so impressed with the prompt and informative communication. They are rightfully proud of their work, which speaks to their commitment to quality. Their customer service is above and beyond. I hired them for power washing, removing and replacing shutters, and painting some exterior features of my house and I am so pleased with the results! I will certainly be using them again in the future!"

"The Corrigan team did an excellent job of painting the house. We have had the house painted twice before, but never saw such extensive prep work as happened this time. In addition, rotten wood was replaced and the shutters, some of which had broken and/or rotted, were refurbished. The house now looks like new. In addition, they repainted the floor of the screened porch and the rear stoop, which we did not expect. Our only caveat is that cleanup was not as anticipated. Joe said they would vacuum up the chips and dust, but the most they did was to blow some of the dust under a bush. Over all, I would certainly recommend them to anyone who wants a thorough and expert job done on their house."

"We hired Cornelio to paint our house and deck. We had a good amount of wood rot on window sills and Cornelio did a great job fixing them before painting. I would highly recommend Cornelio and I plan to use him again for any painting needs."
