"A national company that worked though call center. Pre-recorded messages are left on your phone. Had to speak to multiple people from around the nation about setting up service and they are not on the same page and don't know what is going on. The fertilizer, weed-control, and pest-control was okay. I did not notice a significant change in my lawn. The pest-control seemed to work. But the aeration which cost $200 was bad. There were a few holes in my lawn, only a 1/4 inch deep max!"
