"Personable and friendly, the owners of Sun State Roofing answered ALL of our questions. They did the job quickly and efficiently, and we are so thankful for their service. Until they cleaned the roof, we didn't know that there were several holes from hurricane Milton which needed to be repaired. But now the roof has been patched and sealed; it is ready for Florida weather! With the new paint sealant, it looks spectacular. Sun State Roofing went above and beyond the "required" service. Thanks Sun State!"

"Tile roof needed to be replaced. Entire crew and office staff were professional and friendly, questions and concerns were addressed promptly, calls were returned within 24 hours, job site was cleaned everyday. New roof looks great. I would recommend to anyone."

"Jose did a great job from beginning to end.Had 4 different roofers give me estimates on a roof repair and Hutchinson Contractors & Roofing contacted me quickly came in with a great estimate.Definitely gonna recommend them to friends and family"

"Hired them to put a sealant on my metal awning roof on my back porch. They came and were proficient at doing the job and promised that if there were any leaks, they would come back and correct them. I had a couple leaks about a month after they came back and applied some tape on the underside to stop the leaks. This did not work so I called them again and asked them to come back to fix the leak I’ve been waiting for a couple weeks. They promised to come this week, but I have not heard from them. I realize they are busy, but I’m tired of having stuff wet on my back porch and that’s why I had this Done. It would be nice if they could give me a date and time when they could be here as I am leaving to go out of town on the 15th of this month."

"We recently reached out to multiple roofing companies for quotes to replace our roof. Greg Luebbe was our contact at Angie Roofing. We were impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Greg walked us through everything we would need to know and took the time to answer all our questions. He also took the time to explain the process of reporting our claim to the insurance company. We now have insurance approval and going to set up an appointment with Angi Roofing to install our roof. I would recommend Greg Luebbe and Angi Roofing for anyone need a professional and responsive company to work with."

"They do a good job for a really good price better than people who have quoted me twice as much. I will recommend and use them, again."

"Rainier Roofing is a very professional company who takes pride in their work. I have hired them on several occasions to replaced the roofs on two of my homes. I can truly say that they are very detailed and responsive. I will gladly use their services again in the future. I highly recommend this company."

"Simply Excellent Service! I was referred to contact Brent of B. Griffith Roofing by my father-in-law who has had two roofs replaced over the years using them. My job was not your typical tear-off and replace to say the least. I had a good amount of hidden damage that was covered up by a previous owner. I needed to go with an outfit that has the experience and track record to handle this level of job. Based on my meeting with Brent and his explanation of what they would be able to do to fix what was needed prior to replacement of the roof, as well as previous family experiences, I felt this was the outfit I needed to use. I received the proposal the following day, costs were clearly stated, including any additions if needed. Once I agreed to the proposal and provided the deposit, things moved very quickly, which I really appreciated. Within a week I had a permit on my door and a crew on my roof. They were very professional, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions about the work, made sure I was happy with the finished product, and did a great job cleaning up. Thank you again Brent and the entire B. Griffith team for the excellent service."

"I have a fairly large roof (total size is 5000 square feet -- in roofing terms, that is 50 squares). The going rate for Angie's List A+ Contractors in Tampa appears to be between $290.00 to $340.00 per square. Good Neighbor charged $245.00, which brought the price to $12,250.00.  Prior to contracting with Good Neighbor, I got price quotes from five Angie's List A-rated providers.  All of them came in at $15-17K for the same project.
Note that I had a problem area on my roof where three sections intersect and had been causing a leak in my den for months.  Good Neighbor came back on site after the first rain subsequent to the roof installation, because we detected that the leak issue persisted.  They put on additional sealant, underlayment, metal drip edge and flashing that ultimately eliminated this issue.  This was not a straightforward fix -- in the past, I had had two other roofers come out and try to fix it with no success.  Good Neighbor were on-site for almost an entire day addressing this issue to my satisfaction at no additional charge on the project.
So, in all, Jim Fernandez and Good Neighbor Roofing, Inc. were the best price by far and provided very professional and excellent service.  My new roof looks great.  I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.
