"Risen lawn care is a scam. Patrick promised many things and took the money quickly for lawn mowing, spring and fall clean up and tree trimming. In the end he mowed my lawn 5 1/2 times. I discontinued the service and asked for a refund. this was in the middle of May. I have not heard from him or received any money back. He was not reliable. Made promises he could't keep and his independent contractor Joe who was mowing my lawn told me he would come back when he was paid for past work including snow removal. Now the website is no longer up and running. If this is a "Christian Business" we are all in trouble!!!"

"This company is absolutely wonderful. They have been on top of removing snow all season! Sometimes at 3am or 11pm without waking anyone in the house!! I will always recommend them and I give them 10 out of 5 stars. Oh and the prices are great also."

"I would not recommend this company. The crew arrived late, did not work efficiently, and left an hour early. There was also a lot of time spent walking around without actually working. My project specifically involved large weed removal, which was agreed upon in advance. However, partway through the job, I was told they couldn't complete that portion because there wasn’t room in the trailer—despite there being available space in both the trailer and the back of the truck, especially if tarps had been used. Instead, the team shifted to removing small weeds (which I didn’t need), stating they had to fill the 8 hours per Eric, the owner. Our contract clearly outlined 8 hours of labor, and the $250 trailer fee for removal was supposed to be separate from that work time. Despite this, the crew left early, saying they needed time to drop off the trailer. I reached out to Eric three times and requested that the team return to complete the job as agreed or to issue a partial refund. He has not responded. (Ironically, he was very responsive when securing the job—something echoed in other reviews.)"

"Big job to re-grade property to allow for proper drainage and prevent flooding during the spring thaw. Also installed some underground drainage piping to help drain some hard to reache spots. After a couple spring thaws, everything is working great. I would highly recommend this business and won't hesitate to have them come back for any future work needed."
